We are keen to know your experience (or lack of experience), what you understand about death or where to access help, what support exists and where there may be gaps. Your feedback will inform our longer-term plans. Therefore, we would be very grateful if you could fill in one or both of the following surveys that is relevant to your experience or role to help us understand how this new network can add value to your work or improve support available. Most of the questions are multiple choice so the survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to fill in.
